Sorry yes my buzz 4000 after I did a reset when 

Restart update to new version now everything is working fine thank you 

Yes is working now I change video player thank you asking 

I have Version V20220919 now also now when I play VOD I get  media player not support thank you very much for any info 

Problem with buzz 4000 after turn power off need to unplug and plug power cord to boot box again this started after  I updated box to B5 help 

please thank you for any info
