  1. How is it wrong forum? Its called being a good samaritan and having a kind heart. When my car broke down and I discussed possibly obtaining a rental until my car was repaired, the kind hearted folks at the Dodge discussion board did NOT tell me it was the wrong place to ask, they were very HAPPY to suggest local rental car places for me to contact.
  2. By the way, the app is for Subscription IPTV, not looking for the free iptv or fast channels (wheel of fortune, family fude etc)
  3. I have made a post about my iptv box is completely dead, not repairable. So in the mean time, what is a Good or Decent IPTV app for the Roku TV that I can install to continue with my iptv subscription until I can get my box replaced please and thank you
  4. gosh relax take a chill pill
  5. Yeah its not, not all suggested solutions will work for everyone, it woked for this users situation but not for mine, this is a discussion so i am discussing something similar but different out come
  6. I made a similar post bout my XRS4500 getting stuck on the boot logo. Tried different hdmi cables, removed transflash, tried different hydro outlets, tried another wall adaptor, tried holding the factory reset pinhole for ever, i basically tried everything, it does not work. its cooked.
  7. I come from a tech background, I am quite familiar and will check this out thanks for the suggestions folks
  8. good suggestion, I will measure the output with my volt meter to see if it is outputting the correct amount of hydro.
  9. you think it got pooched due to the hydro problems? maybe a power surge?
  10. So a funny thing happened the last few weeks, my XRS4500 froze on the buzz tv startup logo. I remember there was software updates being done on it, since we had company over, I decided to leave the box alone and use the features on my smart tv instead. After company left, I switched inputs and I was mind boggled why it was still frozen at the boot logo. I tried every button on the remote, nothing worked. It was late, I was tired the kids were tired, i unplugged it and went to bed. 2 days later I googled how to factory reset, so i put a tooth pick in the AV hole, and plugged it in while holding it down, the recovery screen came so i reset the box thru that. once it was reset, it seemed to work fine for the next day or two. We lost our hydro briefly so everything was off in our house, once the hydro came back I decided to turn on the TV and to my frustration, it was frozen at the buzz startup logo AGAIN. I tried the same factory reset but the box seems unresponsive this time, i can hold down the reset button for ever nothing ever happens. which is surprising because I am a former technician and there seems to be nothing physically wrong with this, could the hydro interruption cause issues with the box? I called and emailed Buzz TV followed the same instructions but nothing. nada, zilch, zero
  11. my channel 7 will still show as channel 7, no matter what I do. i read and reread and re-read over and over but my favourite channel numbers still cant change
