    That is my Service...

    And no I didn't not try the Emu...Because I have many other Buzz and non Buzz boxes running at my place and none had the same problem.

    End up  giving it to the customer like that didn't ear from them yet soo I assume is working now or they never shut down the box yet.

    To get the Buzz 5 installed is the easier part of all.

    I got it from a different box and installed on this one, but the firmware still the old one

    Last weekend tried so many times to get the beta update finally the box gave me this error.

    Some how this box refuse to take it...lol

    So I decided to install the IPTV Version 5.0.653 on the old firmware and is working fine...

    kind of a "Mix and Match"....

    So far is only the last 3 XR 4500 from hundreds of Buzz boxes I have out there.

    But this 3 are not in my possession anymore. ( but of course I have all the Mac's )

    Actually 1 of them updated the RC control software about 5 times in a row and each time you would reboot it to complete the update it will update again .

    Finally I gave up and pair it under settings by putting the remote in pair mode

    Nope... This box refuse to update strangely out of 10 boxes this one is the only one not taking it... 

    I did wipeout and reset the box countless times, checked for updates from the menu, from settings, and always the same results   ( No Updates Found ).

    Any help will be appreciated.

  6. Hello guys,

    One of my XRS4000 is stuck on Version 4.0.365 V20191007 FIRMWARE and it's not taking the new update to the new Version 4.0385 V20191106 FIRMWARE.

    I did everything I could think of to see if it would update but no luck...

    I'm getting really frustrated about it.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks. 

    Note: None of the boxes play on VOD section not sure if it's the new boxes or server issue.
