I use ARQ100 with XRS4000, very good, but impossible to use the keyboard with Buzztv4, on other applications it works

I bought the remote control arq100, I use it with the XRS4000 but the keyboard does not work in vod and serie, I type on the keys of the remote control but that does nothing. The keyboard works on google chrome or other application but does not work on Buzztv4. 

Do you have a solution please ?
