Can anyone explain to me how to reconnect the bt200 remote via Bluetooth?  I go into settings with a keyboard to pair it but then don’t know how to make the remote searchable. 

After this update both my 4900 boxes boot up and give the message “android setup keeps stoping”. This message keeps showing up

Could anyone let me know what Netflix version works with either the 4900 or 4500. I have a couple of each unit and none of them have a Netflix version where I can scroll without the arrow on the remote. Thankd

Has anyone managed to get Disney+ installed on the 4900?  If so any tips?

Since the latest update on the 4900, same ethernet cable etc... brings me no ip.  Wont connect via ethernet at all.  I need to now use wifi.  Simply shows not connected when cable is plugged in.

when hitting the tv button on the 100 remote it used to power off my lg tv and lg soundbar all controled through the arc-hdmi.  the buzz 4500 would keep its blue light on.  i would hit the tv button again and the tv and soundbar would go on no issues.

now with the 4900, i hit the tv button the tv and soundbar go off like before, the buzz stays with a blue light but when i hit the tv button on the 200 remote the tv turns on and so does the soundbar but then i get a message on the tv saying it cant find the device.  I now have it where when i get this which is every time i have to then hit the stb button to make it "active somehow".  even though the blue light on the buzz never changes.

unsure what is different as i did a side by side comparison with the buzz 4500 and 4900 and see no differences.

Could someone please help me enable airplay2 on the xrs4500 if it’s possible. I’d like to see if I can stream both the audio and video for fitness+

I tried the suggestions above. Even changed hdmi ports on the back of the tv and cables to see if there was something different between the apply tv and buzztv 4500 but made no difference. The Apple TV still worked and the buzztv didn’t. Appreciate the suggestions however

Does anyone know if its possible to control a sound bar volume with the buzz 4500 remote?  With my apple tv 4K When I use the apple remote it controls the volume of my LG sound bar.  Everything is set up via hdmi.  Sound bar goes to ARC on the LG tv and then buzz tv to hdmi 1 on tv and apple tv to hdmi 3 on LG tv.  The apple tv does what I want which is control the overall volume but I can't seem to get this to work with the buzz tv.  if its possible id like to hear how.  any advice would be great thank you.

does anyone know if you have an XRS4000 if you can simply transfer the settings and apps etc.. over to the XRS4500?  this way you don't have to completely rebuild the unit?  if its possible any advice how to go about doing this.  thanks.

But on the box the option to enable it is there. It’s says use WiFi for location services. If it’s not supported on the buzztv box why is it even there then?  It’s indépendant of any app.

Any update on this or movement on a fix?  Both my units have the same issue. 

I have the XRS4000 and I am trying to use teh NHL app.  When I go to use it I get the warning that location services needs to be enabled.  But when I go to the Location tab on the buzz box, it does not elt me select "use wifi to estimate location".  the selection remains on off.  i tried with both wifi and ethernet to see if this was the issue but i simply cant select that radial button.  any suggestions?
