Actually yes it does, happening to me. You have to be on the detailed view. I reported several months ago

What does this do?

You get the url and login info from your service provider, usually for Xstream

It also seems to do it if when you are on guide and you change categories. 

Seems to be a quirk sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t 

Running the latest beta on the 4900 and noticed that when I use the guide and and moving to different channels the show description does not change it stays on the description of the current show that is actually on. Would be helpful if it changed when you moved to a different channel so you can see what the show is about.
