Correct. The  buttons that currently don't work are color coated ones menu, guide, channel up/down and a few more but can't remember off the top of my head. Can access epg from home screen but nothing loads.

I also updated 3 B5 boxes and had a bunch of people message me after they did there updates and can no longer access there guide or epg, the only channels they can access are there favorites,also issues with remote functions not working. I told them all to do factory reset as I did with the 3 boxes I have and the only thing it resolved was the main guide. Still no epg and problems with remote

"So, today i updated one of two B5 boxes only to find:
1. The remote number keypad no longer functions.. In other words there is no way to enter channel number directly 
2. The CH UP/DOWN button does not work.
The only way i found to change channel is by using the directional (up/down) arrow buttons.
The other box was not updated and the remote works as it should.
Hopefully Buzz fixes this issue for the B5 and

I have forced stopped the app and cleared cache in my first round of troubleshooting..guess I should have said that in my post.. But thank you for the reply

I forgot to mention I have done a hard reset..

I recently bought a mate 1 in November for kids tv room...for the last week everyday the box has to be rebooted 2-3 times a day.. player is not responding need to reboot... across multiple form this seems to be a common problem with this unit...I understand it's a budget box but if possible could an update be pushed out to rectify the issue
