I have two 4000 XRS and both of them have remote issue. The remote works great when I am on menu however when I want to change channels is not responding and it is very slow. I see the red light blinking when I press on any button on the remote and changed the batteries but nothing helped. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
