sea157 Posted April 8, 2021 Share Posted April 8, 2021 Quick question. I have a XRS4500 MAX box all setup just how I like everything to be, I made a USB flash drive backup of it. My question is: Today I am getting a new XRS4500 Ultra for a second box. Can I use the backup I made for the XRS4500 Max and just load that onto my new XRS4500 Ultra in the restore function? If I can my new XRS4500 Ultra would be all setup just the way I like everything without me having to go into all the settings and set everything up again.XRS 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sea157 Posted April 9, 2021 Author Share Posted April 9, 2021 Just an update, you CAN NOT use the backup file from a XRS4500 MAX box to do a restore on a XRS4500. I think the problem is the restore backup file is listed as xrs4500max_backup, and it never shown in the restore menu on a XRS4500 .
