Ryu Posted April 3, 2023 Share Posted April 3, 2023 do you see red or blue light? do you have power coming into the box? try to remove hdmi cable and put back in again. try different hdmi cable or port if possible. if nothing then last thing I would say try pin reset. Ryu Posted April 4, 2023 Share Posted April 4, 2023 (edited) are you connected wireless or wired? if wired then remove ethernet cable and try wireless or if hardwire then reboot your modem and router then try again. if wireless then try to forget your network first, reboot your modem and router then connect again and try again.
