X5 displays full blank screen

Hello,

I had been watching things on my X5 all day today without issue until about 10 minutes ago. The screen just went blank and has not recovered. Even with a reboot.

I unplugged it for a while thinking it might be overheated but still a blank screen when I plugged it back in.

I left it plugged in and running for a while to see if anything changed but again just remains blank. Oddly enough when I touch the X5 it feels cool like it hasn’t been running a while (even after plugging it in and leaving it on).

Is there a way to externally reset it?  I have only had it maybe 2 weeks, maybe it died on me?

UPDATE: looks like things came back up “somehow”. I will have to keep an eye on it.
