Jkenny7512 Posted January 9, 2021 Share Posted January 9, 2021 I could not get the box to shut down last night when I shut the TV. I didn’t think it was a big deal but today when I turned on the TV I just get a blank screen, like the box is in sleep mode, but I can’t get it to come out of sleep mode. It still would not shut down when I tried to shut it with the remote. i unplugged it for an hour but when I plugged it back in I still have a solid blue light but nothing on the TV.
