Tonio Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 I just received the box as a gift and are getting the can't load portal error message. I'm in the US if that matters. I have M3U line and an EPG line with the username and password and everything else in it. I'm assuming under the M3U URL, I should enter the M3U info? You would need to enter the M3U URL and EPG URL Separately then press connect Make sure everything is spelled correctly, otherwise it wont connect properly.
