Daniel Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 Hello, just bought a brand new XRS4500 with remote and having connected and plugged in the device i was prompted to pair the remote by pressing the OK and Vol buttons until red LED light flashes which i did. The remove works, turns the unit on nad off shows the volume level up and down but the unit it stuck on this page showing Status: scanning and has been for hours even after plugging and unplugging the unit. please help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
