so it's just that version on some sticks

good to know

I don't know about the Stick but this xR4000 is @ firmware version 20200615 and buzz version 4.0.476

I had disconnected the Stick and connected the XR4000 for this thread.

I updated my BuzzTV XR 4000 box today after which the box is restarted by STB green button on remote instead of shutting down. I defined the power button to shut down already but after OTA update its restarting.

Also the volume and channels up down buttons don't work sometimes.

I think this is because of the OTA upgrade. Please fix these problems in your upgrade.

In the Settings> Advanced Settings menu, the Powerkey definition of “Shutdown” does not behave correctly.

Shutdown commences, but then the system reboots instead. The other two options seem to work correctly, but not Shutdown.

Interesting, thanks for letting me know it's working ok for you nbs.  I have two XRS4000 boxes and they're both crashing on these apps.  I even did a hard reset with the toothpick in the audio jack, reinstalled everything, but I continue to have the problem on both boxes.  I'll continue my troubleshooting.

I updated YouTube from the preinstalled version to 2.10.17.  Should I not have done that?

And, I installed KODI 18.7 from the Google Play Store.
