Good morning,

                             Following the update my X5 goes into MAX volume mode without me toggling the switch to on. After i open the BuzzTV 5 utilities tab i can easily toggle the switch off. Is anyone else experiencing this minor glitch?

Ok yes we see this issue

Were working on getting it resolved with Teamviewer directly

It seems the custom add on they made for us does not have support added for Android 11
That is why only screen share works

Were also working on a backup solution in the meantime to be included soon in a future update.

Teamviewer got back to us today
We have to send them some logs for the issue

Once they review them, they will fix it for us

 

I don't have a timeline on this though, so please be patient

TeamViewer has informed us they will fix it this week for us and send us an updated add on

Once received we will test it internally

If all good. We will include the fix in our next OTA scheduled for next week.

My box is restarting now as well. See video. Since it keeps restarting, I have not been successful in trying to access the menu before it restarts again. I can  not access the group channel setting.

Need suggestion on a solution.

NOTE.... I upgraded to v5 yesterday. Box played remainder of day. Turned it on today to this issue.
