Device Not Authorized

any help?  have the same issue with a brand new xrs 4000  out of the box . Bought mine from Amazon.

 Must have rebooted 20+ times... tried both 2.4 and 5ghz wifi.....  also did a factory reset then tried again a few times with no luck.

I am still getting the "device not authorized" prompt and restart..

please help!
