CEE Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 I’ve had the E2 SE box for about a month now, and my remote was working just fine. All of the sudden it won’t work. I’ve changed the batteries, I’ve restarted the box, I followed the instructions and I cannot figure out what’s going on. When I press the buttons on the remote the red light flashes on the remote but nothing happens on the tv. I can’t get passed the first page. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Ryu Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 (edited) do you have any usb or bluetooth dongle, sd card or anything external connected to the box? if yes remove them, disconnect and reconnect power and wait for box to come up then check to see if it works.
