  1. Every time I power on my XRS 4900, during startup a white box pops up in the middle of the screen with the message "Bluetooth keeps stopping" . Can anyone offer any insight as to why and how to remedy it?
  2. Every time I power on my XRS4900, it endlessly displays a "Preparing to download, please wait..." message and goes nowhere from there. Help, please.
  3. I did all of the above. Tonight, when I powered on the XRS4900, it kept saying that Bluetooth has stopped working. I shut it down, unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, then plugged it back in. It seems to be working fine now. Fingers crossed that it will continue. Thank you.
  4. I have three XRS 4900s - one for each of three TVs. It is doing this on all of them.
  5. Why is it that lately, almost every time I power my box on, my TV displays a message saying "No Connection"? Then I have to is unplug the HDMI cable from either the XRS 4900 or the TV and plug it back in., then the connection is fine and I see my home screen.
  6. Why is it that every time I power on my XRS 4900, a message saying "Device health services keep stopping" pops up?
  7. I will preface my question by stating that whenever I am done watching TV, I power off my XRS 4900 and unplug it. Why is it that whenever I plug my box in and turn it on , after about 10 seconds, I get a message at the bottom of the home screen saying "Alarm received!"?
