  1. Using the Buzz remote that came with the box
  2. Yes have tried using both remotes with the USB adapter. Thanks for these suggestions, thought maybe there was a setting on the box that may be effecting the remotes because they will work on the old box.
  3. Yes, the usb adapter is in the box and has been working fine.
  4. Both remotes have been working fine for a year and a half and have stopped communicating recently, haven't changed anything.
  5. We have 2 remotes and we cannot get either of them to communicate with the box. Both have new batteries, bluetooth on, have tried to reprogram, neither remotes seem to have any effect on the box. Will work with our old box in a different room. Can get mini keyboard to communicate, but uses the little usb chip to do so. Not sure what to try next? Any suggestions are appreciated.
  6. No, not sure how you would do this, with mac address and url from service provider?
  7. Yes, the mac address starts 00:1A:79 and is connected to the internet and working. We have successfully connected with a 2nd server.
  8. Trying to connect new server and xrs4900 will not connect. Have confirmed mac address and url for portal are correct, but still will not connect. Suggestions?
  9. Testing with Analiti on the buzz box, download between 22-30mbps and upload 2-3mbps on 5G network.
  10. Just to clarify, 5G signal might be weaker than 4G, but download & upload speeds are much faster than 4G. 5G download speeds average 20+Mbps, upload 4-5mbps. 4G download will average 8-10mbps, upload under 1mbps. Streaming on multiple servers, experience constant buffering at times with 5G network, 4G offers more dependable streaming.
  11. Varies from -90 to -103. Similar strength with 4 G
  12. In a rural area and now have access to 5G signal with new Telus wireless hub. Has greatly improved our download and upload speed, download speed averaging 20+mbps, but now have issues streaming with our xr4500., At times, constant buffering makes it impossible to watch programming. Switched back to old Telus hub on 4G network and streaming improves.
  13. Have tried to stream live concerts through the Buzz XR4500 and the video & audio will not play. Have tried this for a couple of different events, will play on tablets and computer but will not play through the Buzz box. Is there a way to get these types of events to stream through the box?
