How can I add url using QR code when the unit is in another province or state

Hello. On my buzztv x5 and xrs4000 (that took the buzztv 5 update), every time i do a VOD search it only lets me enter 1 letter and it freezes up on reloads on my server (2 Servers). If anyone can help. will be appreciated

It wont power on red light wont turn blue. tried 3 different buzz remotes. this is the second time with these 4000 series for me 1st time was stuck on buzztv intro screen. i have bought 100s of boxes of you guys mostly 3000 series. But these 4000 having many issues. A few of us in my chat group also been having the same problems, and we are very disappointed, especially with the customer service. i know a few of others contacted you guys. we already started switching to formular, mag, and Unipro. Since you guys don't care of the boxes issues that you put out there. Very hard for me to trust your boxes now.

Hello. I had my buzztv 4500 max well over 6 months. last night i tried to install firmware 20210714. But every time it reaches 58% it starts back over. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to install it. Thanks.
