Hi. Yeah. I’ve been on the forum before. Buzz sent me an update to take care of the issue. I still had the same issue - but less often. I’ve done a soft reset. But not a hard reset. Is that my next step?? I have another box with the provider and that runs fine - no issues. Is doing a hard reset my next step?

Hi. I have an XRS4500 box and my box keeps dropping the server - especially when I transition from LiveTV to VOD and vice versa. Have had the same issue since day 1. Have owned the Buzz 3000 - never an issue. wondering if I have a faulty box?

Hi. The video player was on Secondary, I changed it to default. The transition from LiveTV to VOD got worse. What else can I do?

Hi. Yes I have. Just this morning.

I just bought a new Buzz TV XRS4500 box. I'll watch LiveTV and then when I got to VOD, the thumbnails will load for some and then buffering will start and it'll get stuck on VOD. If I try to switch to LiveTV, it'll take me to the channel but won't load - so no picture, no sound. Just freezes. It won't even let me reconnect to the server. I have to reboot the box. I know this isn't my service as I was using a different box prior to this and had no issues. I also have a Buzz TV XPL3000 (which I love and that's why decided to get the XRS4500). Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.
