How can you find out what was in the update?

Just did update and lost everything had to login to everything again and customize everything. What's new in this update?

It's still doing the same thing how to I get in touch with support

I have done all the basic troubleshooting. Its. hard wired. I took my other 4900 that's working fine and plugged it into the cat 8 cable in the same spot and it works fine. I really think it's something wrong with this box

I can stream anything it buffers. I have another 4900 box and it works fine it's just this one that's having the problem

I have a 4900 box which I love. I've noticed that my internet speed is very slow when I run a speed test on the box. I have 1 gig internet but the box will only get 26mbs. I can do a reset in the box and it will get the right speed for maybe 10 minutes and then drop back down. Any suggestions

I know and that's what I'm doing now but one of the best benefits of buzz over let's say the formula z box is the remote that's Bluetooth

Hi just got 2 buzz vidstick max and set everything up. If I'm using the remote and stop using it when I try to use it again it will not work at all. I had to do a reset on the stick repair the remote and then it will work...as soon as I stop using it and try again it will not work. This is happening on both sticks

Love Love the new 4900 box super fast. Question is it a way to make the epg load faster? While scroll through the epg I have to wait for it to load the epg.
