Thank's Ryu Your post reminded me that I had a backup from January this year so I've just done a restore and that seems to have solved the problem? Will keep you posted.

Seem to be having problem with remote? My box is XRS 4500 had it for 16 month got this problem that when I press the green stb button on the remote to turn off it switches to the home screen then when I press the livetv button it starts to load the portal and channel list. It dose this for a for a few time then it switches the box off as normal. Cant remeber every changing any settings it been running good could the remote be the problem? Any of you also had this problem? Thank's

Received arq100 today didnt come with instrutions downloaded it from buzztv. Could you tell me what the rocket symbol does its not mentioned in the instructions, when pressed it dosnt seem to do anything. Thanks Ray

Looking at the arq100 does it have a fav and category buttons . Looking at pictures of the remote cant see them??

Hi I am trying to use a English UK USB keyboard on my XRS 4500 when using Chrome. I been in keyboard settings but cant find a setting that works some keys show ok then others like the @ /Q dont show correct on screen. Can this be done or am I stuck using the remote control? Thank's Ray

in po In powerkey definitions it gives shutdown that give a same result as restart that takes me to the buzztv splash screen I dont want to be waiting 3 minuetes to get to the live tv. iptv provider says theres no problem on there side so I think the box could be faulty.

Cant find power off in settings and if i hold power button down and select power off it says sutting down but when i turn back on it does a restart with the buzz logo

it is hard wired and wifi off when you say power off do you mean suspend ??

I did a restart to get the connection then when I turn box off (standby) then back on after say 1 hour i need to restart again to get connection with server.. I also did a soft reset but still get same issue.

Hi everyone. Had my xrs4500 for about 3 month now and I have this problem now when I turn box on from standby it wont connect to my iptv provider I have to reset my box then all fine. Did you manage to fix the problem???? I done a soft reset but still the same. Any sugestions how to fix it please

Hi all Having problems when trying to fast forward slider moves forwards but soon as I let go of the button it goes back to the beginng of the recording. Any help would be great. Thanks
