I’m having the same issue. Can someone pm that knows how to do this so it’s not talked about on the forums?

I bought the XR4000 from a local computer store here and I had to bring it back once a year for him to update the service. He just recently died. So when my year is up is there anyone in the Charleston SC area that can do this?

Tried both WiFi and hard wired into the box. No changes. Also tried switching from default to secondary. Same things happening. I’m open to ideas

I can watch movies with little to no issues. But when I try to watch network television it does the black screen constantly. It started about a week or so ago. I wish I knew how to fix it

I am having the same issue. Get the black screen every few minutes then comes back. Very aggravating.
