PACMAN_TV

I being using my BOX the last 3 months and since Dec 10th, my XRS4500 start losing sound, I have to go channel up and then channel down to get audio back, but this is happening every 3 to 5 minutes, yesterday I did the new firmware update expecting to see if its fixed but not at all.... it still losing channel audio every time image stops and go 5 seconds back and sound is lost. Any idea on how to fix it?? workaround suggestions?
