I ended up with a hard reset. Not sure if all this bumping around changed the MAC address on the 4000 but gave what appears to be a new one to by service. Will see if it works. Thanks for your help which I did try.

I have the same “launcher keeps stopping”. I am unable to get to home page or anywhere other than: app info, server settings or menu. Menu offers me no options to get to home or utilities. Frustrating indeed. ANY IDEAS ANYONE?
