  1. Cleared cache, cleared EPG no luck. firmware is V20220923 - IPTV Version is 5.0.919. Checked for updates today but saying I am up to date.
  2. I have been having problems with my EPG on my XRS4900 for the past week or so. The channel number on the EPG shows loading but I am getting the feed. Sometimes my picture will freeze but the sound continues on without the picture. I change channels and go back and that fixes it, shouldn't have to do that I would think My EPG has been on continually all day but the guide is not populating I get zero, one or two channels populated on each page and won't populate further not at all. I have a XRS4000 on my other TV and it is working great but it is running a different version. Version running is 4.0.530 - last updated- 07/12/2022 checked for updates and it says “No updates available.” I guess I will leave the 4000 as it, if it works don’t try to fix it I’d say. NOW TO GET MY 4900 WORKING WOULD BE NICE.
  3. I have an XRS 4900 and I inadvertently uninstalled my Netflix app and when I go to reinstall the app I get the same response, "this app won't work for your device". I agree with SteveRo, a factory reset seems a little extreme. And I tried the Aptoide Store as well and when I click on download it shows downloading but stay's at 0% and does not move. Anyone with any other suggestions?
  4. I am having the same problem with my XRS4900 and XRS4000 the latter is using Wi-Fi, the former Ethernet . Have had these devices for a couple of years now and we have had little problem with either up until a couple of weeks ago and are still having freezing with Live TV. When changing from one channel to the next the picture freezes on the channel I am on although I am on the next channel on the TV guide. I have been seeing popups on my TV screen giving information on updates just installed. I have not seen these pop ups before. Has something changed? We are having freezing and buffering problems since these updates appeared and is is getting very annoying. Do I need to get a new box? If I do it won't be a Buzz Box you can be sure of that.
  5. Recently I have been getting updates coming up on my screen. I have not seen this before and I have had my box for more than 2 years. Since these updates have been showing on my screen I have been having problem after problem while streaming live TV. I am having channels freeze up, sometimes just for a few seconds and sometimes longer. When I change channels my screen stays frozen on he previous channel. Sometimes I am not getting Live TV at all. I have re-booted soft and hard several times and am still having the problem. Can anyone tell me what is going on with Buzz Box TV and how I can fix it?
  6. How do I get closed caption on my XRS4900. I get closed caption from Netflix and Prime but trying to get closed caption for live tv and VOD. Help would be much appreciated.
  7. I have been trying for hours now to set up my XRS4000 with a IPYV provider and after I send my mac # and money I can't get the service. I have 3 Buzz Boxes, 2 are working fine and have he same provider but the 3rd box is not getting connected. I think the provider and I communicating via email have done everything but pull our hair out to get my box working. Is the letter O used in the Server ID # or are they all the number 0? I think the problem could be the Mac number but not sure.
  8. Closed Caption for TV Series I have an XRS4000 great box but I am having problems getting subtitles on TV Series. Live TV DISABLED checked and an option beneath shows 1/8448: after checking this option I get closed caption on live TV. Do not get this option for TV Series.
