Thanks, I have tried that. It doesn't work. I was told by the seller that the supplier has said that the issue is a result of a brand new remote configuration that was only released within the last few weeks, and they plan to map out the new keyboard on it. I was told it should have been done by now but it hasn't.

I bought the new ARQ 100 in August. The buttons were changed a bit and it doesn't pair with the XR4500. I as told that this is the latest version of the remote and will be fixed soon. Does anyone know when, or if the update has been done yet?
