The email on their site is not working, I also did the same thing. NBS gave me another email address that they responded promptly.

Buzz global helped me ,they were quick to respond to my email and dealt with my problem. Even offered my money back. Excellent service.

May 25th is the software date that came with a st4000 ,were the blue ray remote doesnt work. Is this not a software update to repair long standing issues?

Re set it waited nothing then tried update still may 25th . its not calling home. Wonder if the server is down like mentioned earlier in the thread, or overloaded presently.

Unplugged a dozen times still not updating.
