Posted at 12:58 pm yesterday. It's 10 PM that's not even 36 hours. Regardless. I have now 5 failed boxes with buzz crashing on reboot. Same as the xr4000. Please pause update and fix the bug.

Again it has not even been a full 24 hours since the post. It's 1 day.

How is 29 to 30 3 days? That's 1 day. 30-3 is 27 not 29.

Also how hasn't need out 3 days if they only posted about it yesterday?

I did report Bug. If you read it, I said SAME PROBLEM AS THE 4000 HAD.

Starting to see failures now. Buzz tv stopped working stuff again. Same as with the 4000. We sellers have hundreds of these boxes and make very little mahin on them, when we have to spend 30 mins resetting and fixing boxes for 1/2 or more of our clients we lose all margins. Please pause update and fix the bugs.

So far so good. Faves stayed, rebooted first shot and working good for me. ( lets see if my other 150 boxes have issues ) Thanks for all your work.

How do you disable backlight?

Yes I have tried 3 times and get the same issue. Whats making me reset is when I boot the box, it displays the background but I never get the main screen ( live TV VOD/apps etc ) then it reboots automatically.

Box puked won't boot and constant reboots. So did hard reset. Comes up with the android guy screen and says no command. There is no options to select wipe data etc. Help please

Update is crashing boxes. 3 of my people have had to reload box from hard reset. Buzz Launcher crash. Please disable updates

Hey, anyone else going through tons of batteries? I use Duracell and use the remote as IR NOT BT. My box is on all the time however I'm not using the remote all the time. My xpl3000 lasts 2-3 months but my xr4500 lasts a week at max?

Yes but that backs up whole system. Old Buzz XLP3000 when clear cache and data wouldn't clear faves. But new XR/XRS4000/4500 does. would be nice to find a way to save since sometimes data clearing is necessary for proper function.

Any news on update coming for the above issue? Also instead of starting new thread. Is there a way of backing up faves list? When clear data as sometimes needed, it removes faves now on newer boxes?

Brand new remote. Brand new XR4500. Sometime I hit back once when on Live TV, and it asks if I wanna exit. Other times I hit the circle down ONCE and it skips 6-10 lines of text It's scroll lock jumped 3 pages twice so far Batteries are brand new energizers provided by Buzz. They are showing 75 % currently.

I have multiple XR4000 and none of the fully power off. When I long hold power button and choose POWER OFF it reboots. Wtf is going on? They have updates and are brand new. My 3000 shutdown.
