Hi all, I keep getting request to update my XRS 4500 box new firmware from Dec 29. My question is, it safe, as I keep saying no. Should I update. Will I have issues after. Please help

Ok, I agree. Thanks again. Just was hoping it would work, rather keeping box on, as many posts indicated it would. Oh well, good to know.

Hi All My friend and I had buzz xpl 3000, and we just both recently updated to the new XRS 4500. Wow, much faster and loads quick. The only question we have is with the recording. I have seen on sites, that the box can be shut down, and recording will work. My friend tried, and did not work. Or do we select option of suspend rather then shut down. If anyone can help. Much appreicated.
