Lately “Buzz tv 4 not responding” warning coming up frequently. Anyone having the same problem? Need to find a way to fix this problem. Buzz XR 4000 (Six months old box) Ethernet connection ( Download 25M)

EPG empty after firmware update

Hello everyone, I've been having issues with the EPG on my BuzzTV XR4000 since the V20200607 firmware update. The EPG is completely blank, no listings are showing. It started a day or two after I applied the update, around June 7th. I have restarted the box many times but the problem persists. I would be grateful for any assistance with this problem :) Thanks
