    Hi I just purchased my second Buzz Tv Box xrs4500 for a scond tv the USB 3 port does not work I tried various usb drives even a RII keboard nothing works is there a fix for this other than sending the box back?

    Ok it the video looks amazing now one of the forum members Mark suggested switching out the HDMI cord and it made a big difference the HDMI that came with the BuzzTv Box was faulty I am a happy camper now.

    Yes it's better but not as good as my cheap andriod boxes I have tryed on two differnt Tv's a Samsung and a Sharp tv everything is dark when I start the box the main launcher desk top what ever it's called is dark.

    I just received my XRS4500 and I noticed the video looks very dark the complete picure from tv services to the main desktop and app draw is this common with this device?
