  1. Thanks Emporium for your input, the other box is a Formuler tried everything without success. the only option is to use a power master switch turn on/off the devices but that sucks.

  3. Thanks for your reply, I did what you suggested but bot boxes turn on and off at the same time, even the volume goes up and down on the other stb. next I will perform a factory reset to see what happen.

Hi guys, I have a buzz tv 4500 and another different brand stb , the problem is that every time I turn on the Buzz tv the other turns on as well, I have both connected to the same tv in the livingroom and I tried turning off the CEC switches but the problem persists. Can I somehow make any changes to remote channels so it doesn't activate the second stb box? Any idea why this is happening? thanks.
  5. A couple weeks ago I was getting the same Message, went to setings> more settings>see all apps>show system apps>Device Health Services> Turned notifications off and disabled the app since then stupid message is gone and stb running much better.

Hi guys, after this update Im not able to connect my bluetooth, As soon as I turn the bluetoot button on I get the "bluetooth keeps stopping " message on the screen with the optins of app info and close app. also the add accessory under the bluetooth on/off switch is dead. tried switching on and off bluetooth as well as rebooting but nothing works. my stb is Buzztv 4500 XRS any help will be appreciated.
  7. yes, I get sound in some movies but is a hit and miss, however if I change to any external player ( VLC or MX) I get sound. definitively I believe the system needs another update.
  8. Hello everyone, my system sounds seems to be ok on live tv but when streaming movies there is no sound and the only way to regain it is using a secondary player (VLC) on live tv movies and CinemaHd my Stb has its latest update. any input on this issue? thanks
  9. Hí guys, I need your help. I bought five BuzzTv XRS 4500 the first one was purchased over a year ago and the other four about four months ago. My older box recognized the latest firmware version 20201218 but the other four can't detect such firmware for some reason. Is there any way to fix this problem? thanks.
  10. Recently I 've had same issue about three times, being the last one yesterday. I believe the issue is related to the player not the connection or stb. The apk I use is Tivimate Pro how about you?

  12. Hi guys, My Buzztv xrs 4500 sometimes reboots by itself while watching tv. it is ethernet connected, no bluetooth and even I factory reset it but the self reboot randomly continues to happen. Any idea on what can be causing this issue? thanks

Ok thanks, I just received a rma # but they are asking for a receipt (I assume payment receipt) that one was of a group of four boxes bought at the same time. can you clarify this please? this is part of the statement: "Please ship just the unit, along with your RMA Ticket # and a copy of your receipt to the address above."
