  1. i had following behaviors - Recording entry is available with correct meta data for a program but total duration recorded is 0 mins. - At times, Box is unusable while recording is ON or/and post recording. on remote, at that point, only home button functions
  2. After the latest update, i am observing issues while recording any thing as per the schedule. the app freezes and no recording is done. Also, is there a way for for me to record one show and watch different at the same time?
  3. This process outlined by you will enable recording for one item only. There is no mechanism that i have discovered that allows setting up recurring DVR entry.
  4. Today, there is a way for us to schedule a recoding for a given time. How to make this a recurring task where we can choose days and time? Can someone help?
  5. Hoping that we get this feature back. List view will tremendously improve readability of the content. Loosing such functionality in newer models' is user set back.
  6. Is this something that we can expect in next update? assuming that it would be not that hard to enable this as it was already there in previous models.
  7. In the current Buzz TV App UI, App support Classic and modern where VOD is usually displayed in grid view. Is there any option to see the list in list view layout? Sharing example from a competitor.
  8. There are several PROS/CONS for choosing secondary player as a default player in your Buzz TV app One key issue that prevents us form using secondary media player is skip FW/Rewind. this functionality does not work. First I thought its the issue with the media/VOD; but when I switch the player form secondary to primary for the same media, it works. i tried switching back and forth to validate this. Result: skip FW or Rewind does not work when choosing secondary player. this issue is also noticeable when you try to seek the VOD to a particular time, it work work when player = secondary.
  9. I have noticed this issue too. Its intermittent. Usually, rebooting the app/device has helped.
  10. This request is not for favorites. we want an ability to organize the VOD/channels such as category.name1, category.names2 etc.
  11. Most times, there are basic categories of the TV/VOD programs categories ( Language, Genre etc.) available in the app. Is is possible to enable user that can help create custom categories?
  12. Kodi player works. I noticed that there is an option to select secondary player; but it failed to ask which player. I have seen this working on other OTT/ IPTV Boxes. Another option: buzztv's current player could enable subtitles for VOD by enable integration with https://www.opensubtitles.org/. User can choose other free subtitles portal too. If you want, one could enable pointing VOD to a local folder for subtitles that user can download and keep it ready. You can see this working in several players such as VLC.
  13. is there any other advance option to change where we can change default media player in buzzTv app that supports realtime close captioning services ? i know other products in IPTV permits this option.
  14. How to enable closed caption for videos (live tv and VOD)? Most of the content when viewed outside of Buzz TV app supports the closed caption, but when same video is viewed through Buzz TV 's IP TV services, it failed to show the captions.
  15. i had reached out to BuzzTv tech team. They have acknowledge the issue and will provide fix soon.
