i changed hdmi ports and cables. check, did not help. i clean the cache and memory often. check, did not help power supply. ill give it a go, thanks.

wanted them to note the problem in another box model than the one they posted to aid them in their troubleshooting actions.

i have the 4900 and am having the same rebooting issue. hard reset twice has not resolved it. yes, its random too. often following a app freeze up. but sometimes you cant even keep the box booted.

my 4900 keeps rebooting and often gives an error message that buzztv has stopped responding. i have factory reset the box twice. any help would be appreciated.
