Figured it out! Turns out our AV reciver doesn't support 4k and we set the box to 4k. It's set back to 1080 and it works. Doesn't explain why it worked the day before when we set it 4k but whatever it works now. THANKS.

We just got our box, Xr4000, yesterday I plugged it into the HDMI port my cablebox was plugged into and it worked fine. Today I go to turn on everything and I got sound but no video. All devices are plugged into a receiver, Marantz NR1504. I've switched HDMI cable and nothing changes. I plug the box directly into tv I got video and sound, but this way we don't have surround sound nor can we easily switch between devices. Please help!
