Thanks for all the help. Finally got it to control tv power and volume just took about 15-20 tries of scanning but eventually got it working.

Got the volume to work just not the power on/off after scanning.

yes, but still doesn't turn tv on or off no bluetooth on tv

Anyone know if this remote can control Insignia Tv off and on via IR if so do we have a code

Returned the unit and bought the x5 128 seems to be working ok so far.

Yes and chose factory reset it went through the motions of erasing and rewriting but same thing happens

Received my new x5 yesterday from Amazon and unit will not boot past boot animation and just continually restarts. Tried factory reset via toothpick method and to no avail still only boots to animation and then continually restarts. Could you send me a link to the new update and I will try to install this update via usb and see if that makes a difference. I even changed hdmi different input etc.
