I recorded a program and when finished I opened it and started watching it. Every time I click on the fast forward button the program starts over at the beginning. It does it on the screen "FF" button and the remote "FF" button.

Hello, For some reason my tv input HDMI 3 is for external audio. It has "eARC/ARC" on the input. I didn't know that but I changed the input to HDMI 1 and it's working fine. Go figure.

The epg is working fine with Tivimate. How do I contact BuzzTv?

When I click on epg on the main screen it try's to populate the guide with programs. All it does is spin and never finishes the update. There's something wrong with the Classic 5 software.

I'll check into that. But I don't understand why that has a bearing on recording while only using one device.

Buzz Tv 5 will only record the channel I'm watching. Is this supposed to be this way? If I change the channel the recording stops. Also, I set it to record at a certain time on a channel and it only recorded a few minutes of a 3 hour program. Not good. I'm new to this Tv Box and so far I'm not impressed.

The guide will not show programs. I have refreshed it and updated it and all but not showing programs in the guide. Didn't have this problem with my other app I used. Please help,
