I tried and it is -40db. Is this bad? If it is bad, is it box issue or wifi service? I am using ethernet cable too and same issue.

Tried back up and external all option and still freezing. Support from Buzz said same thing. Again, thanks for suggestion.

I tried external video player and still not working. What is the best buffering time? Option is 0 to 10 sec and it is ser at 3 sec.

My XR4000 got updates 5 beta installed and now VOD keeps freezing every 30 seconds. I factory resets and it automatically updated again to buzz 5 and still the same issue. I have MAG box also and that is working fine so server and internet is not an issue. Need suggestion to resolve or like to know if box is no longer good. Thanks in advance for help.
