  1. This normally happens everything we have Daylight Savings Time So just complain or wait till they fix it.

It will always open to the last category + channel that you watched So say if you're in the Sports category, and you want to just stay in the ALL category Then go to the ALL category and select a channel from that category to start watching You will now just be on the ALL category always, unless you switch categories again.
  3. On 4000 when you're watching that channel with no sound Can you press the Green button The Subtitles and Audio menu will appear Under Audio do you have another option besides just disabled?

  7. The version mentioned 4.0.483 was only sent to users in Europe. That is why you do not have an update.
  8. We ask for a copy of the receipt to show that the box is still under warranty. So if the box was bought in quantity with other boxes, then that receipt will suffice. And when we say, just ship the unit It means the box itself, we don't need the accessories like power supply + remote or gift box.

  12. Sounds like you're using a Username/Password account under streaming line Channel List EPG only loads if it has been loaded from the Grid EPG This is how those servers work MAC accounts don't have this issue.
  13. If you're referring to Multi Screen on XC/Streaming Line Accounts Right now no, but this feature is apart of our Road Map.
  14. 1. Have you tried connecting to it with a VPN or have you tried typing in the same server url onto a web browser on your phone or PC connected to the same Wifi to see if it works there? 2. Are there any error messages they get?

  18. Is the universal remote you're using the Harmony Remote? If so, all of our models were recently updated on the Harmony Database. So take a look, as the search button is there We should be able to add the Search icon to the channel list though in a future update.
  19. Search icon is at the top of VOD Home screen Or like nbs mentioned you can use the search button on the remote, which is much quicker.
