  1. Matrix TV was custom Firmware we made for a seller in USA. We do this often for dealers looking for this. It was flashed onto HD5s at our warehouse and then shipped to them You cant convert it back to buzz without us reflashing it again.

  4. Actor search gives results of Movies and Shows that your server may not even offer As its giving results from TMDB It will give an error message that its not available if you try to play it and your server doesn't carry it.
  5. Do you have 2+ connections on your XC accounts? If no, did you record while watching or just scheduled something to record and let it record while not home or when box was off? Only asking as we have 2 methods for recording. Not really seen by the end user. But its basically Foreground (what You're watching now) and Background recording (Box off, using another app or multi connection account)
  6. Correct this was just an app update So only about 65MB in size So that is why it was so fast. Plus it doesn't require the box to reboot like a Firmware update.

  8. So after further review This bug happens on 4K HEVC Channels When you open the Grid Guide or Channel List Were currently working on trying to fix it Sorry for the confusion from previous posts on what we originally thought the issue was.

  10. Some servers have started adding passwords to certain VOD Due to adult content, or mature content If the server requires it, we support it So you can't disable it.

  12. I think you may have gotten these 2 mixed up. The 4500 and Android 9 boxes. We were backing up the entire OS. So yes depending on the amount of data you had on the box. It could take 45 minutes. As you're backing up GBs of data. On Android 11 devices with our recent OTA update. We made a new Backup/Restore feature for the Buzz app only. So yes taking 3 seconds is normal as the data is basically 1MB or less in size.
  13. That sounds more like a storage permission issue on Buzz app or something. You can check this by doing the following From the Home Screen Settings Apps Buzz 5 Permissions See what it says for Files and Media Either Allow or Deny As for CEC Open the Smart Remote App Click HDMI CEC If the top 3 options for CEC are turned on. Turn them off and turn on both Virtual CEC options.

Then there is only 2 settings I can think of that would prevent this From the Home Screen Go to Settings Go to Device Preferences Go to Display and Sound Go to Advanced sound settings Make sure Select formats is on Automatic And you can try S/PDIF Output either ON or OFF to see if it makes a difference.
  15. Yes but there are 2 things it shows when no info or guide being shown No information available. Means the server has no guide for those channels If its on loading... That could be an api issue on the Buzz app.
