issue has been resolved by changing server id to a new server id. thanks all pzil

i have been using BuzzTV5 with no issue, again, everything works except for the LIVE TV player, TV guide comes up and loads properly it messed up the player and now just get message saying Media format not supported

not sure what that means, i am familiar with these boxes. i know how to update the boxs, is there another way of doing this? I know i can force the beta update by pressing: 2015 from the remote. but i don't trust that version.

so then how come my other box never got this update, i go to update page and says my box is updated.

i would love to know why my box got updated with the Beta version? and how to get back to the previous version. do you think i can download the firmware from the download section and try to get out of this beta version? XR4500-update-V20211108 V20211108

i know figured out what has happened, my box had gotten updated with the Beta version of: firmware: V20220919 iptv version: 5.0.766 my other box never got this update and now my live tv does not work. i need to somehow get off this firmware version and go back to: firmware: V20220106 iptv version: 5.0.793

BuzzTV 5 firmware; 2.220914 itpv ver: 5.0.793 i find this very strange. i tried changing the Player but still doesn't work, i reset box same issue. Pzil.

any help here would be great. i have two xrs4500 boxes, and today it got an update firmware v20220914, now i get errors with MEDIA FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED. so when i click on BuzzTV5 loads properly shows menu and guide but give this error. must be a media player issue with this update. Doesn't allow me to watch live tv anymore, but my other box is firmware v20220106 and i can watch live tv. what has happened and how can i get to watch live tv again on that box. anyone with knowledge and understanding would be great, and what to do here, who do i contact ? thanks in advance. pzil.
