Never mind. I was using wrong USB receiver. I had another receiver which looked same but it was for a different device. Once I got correct receiver, everything works.

I have buzztv xpl 3000 carbon. My box came with remote ARQ100, the issue is no matter what button I press on remote, it does not do anything on buzz tv. The only button that works is green STB button. If I press it the unit will power off and power on. I have a harmony universal remote and that works perfectly fine to control the box. I have tried repairing the usb dongle using the procedure but I never get the 3 flashes of LED to confirm that pairing has succeeded. What am I doing wrong?
