I checked my app permissions tonight and found that some of the buzz TV box permissions were denied so I allowed and the download started but now it’s stuck on 99%. I am new to streaming and android boxes. I hope I made a good choice with this box. It’s very aggravating.

I have waited up to an hour. I have the newest box, just bought it about a month ago.

I am trying to install the new update but it never goes past the " preparing for installation" message. Could someone tell me why please? I am very new to this.
