I was able to get into settimgs finally and tried different themes but it seems the shortcut you can add to homepage doesn't work anymore (some themes its gone). But my 4500 max is still having video issues (my 4000 is fine) where it goes black for a second or two every few minutes or a switch in feed like a commercial. Ive requested warranty repair so will be shipping it to them.

I cant access the settings page as the link isnt working to change the theme.

I just did my older 4000 unit to try it first. it seemed to download fine and took a while for live tv to start but all seems fine. Only issue is some shortcuts on homescreen dont work like settings. Also tried update and said none available. Did it update latest file when I changed to 5?

Should I do a backup before upgrading to Buzz5?

I dont want to up date to the beta version so no, Im not entering 2015. I did notice under menu/configuration it wasn't on the default video player. Switched it now waiting to see if that was the problem.

The box says the latest update is installed. It was Nov 2021 update. V20211108

I have a 4500 max and while watching live tv it keeps randomly going blank then coming back on. Usually only a second or 2 every few minutes. Im using wifi connection and at 300mps download. Any idea on the cause or is a repair needed?

Yes because my 3000 works fine. This box has a lot of issues.

While watching live tv the picture will flicker then the sound cuts out. I need to change channel to get it to come back in. This happens very frequently. Any ideas?

Thanks, it works fine on Wifi. No issues with disconnecting or changing VPN location.

Just purchased a VRS4000 I have it hooked up through ethernet but when I connect to a VPN it disconnects and I either have to shut it off/on or go into settings and IP settings and click on DHCP to get it to reconnect. Then if I switch VPN locations it disconnects again. Any ideas or is this a defected box?
