How did you fix that problem I need your help as well. I have a XR4000 box

I am in the process of moving my Favorites TV channels in BuzzTV 5 to different locations to better organize them using the Organize Favorites app. On Buzz TV 4 I checked on a “user preferred” button that was located in Sort, but in Buzz TV 5 I only see By number, Name and Favorites icons. None of those buttons attach my organized channel list to my Favorites EPG list. Is there another location for the user preferred option? Do you know where that icon is located or how to move the organized Favorites to the Favorites TV guide? I was able to successfully move some items in the Categories list.
