There is nothing wong with the 4000 wifi

Anytime it's happened to me a reboot fixes it

I have seen no other reports of this issue Save your settings to USB and try a clear data If no go do a reset

You could try clearing cache in the buzz 5 app

For future reference if you didn't get to recovery screen you didn't do a hard reset

I always turn my tv off to record. You turned off buzz first then tv? Post your setup
