i did a factory reset, connected to my wireless network and signed into chrome. Remote has fresh batteries, buzztv has 4.3 Gb free space, cleared cache, Buzz TV2 is version 1.6. I have Android version 7.1.2. I do not see ' Uninstall Updates'. Seems that 7.1.1 was better. With version 7.1.2, i have no control over mouse or page up/down with remote while in chrome, netflix or any app to select a movie. Apps crash all the time. youtube is out of sync with ipad. How do I get to factory settings and just stay there?
